Here's one you don't see everyday.  Made right here in New Jersey in 2010 this 6-1/2x14" Magstar custom snare is a great sounding drum for a great value.  Made with a hard rock maple Keller shell from '97 "when they were good" as the maker proclaims, this snare has a well rounded fat maple tone.  This Magstar snare has a really well done amber high gloss lacquer finish, they cut a really nice bearing edge on a great shell and they use quality parts like that Trick throw off.  The drums has a nice well rounded and sharp maple tone.
